Dear friends in Christ,
As we prepare to step into a new year, we stand at a threshold—a moment to pause, breathe, and let God’s grace surround us. The turning of the calendar is more than a date; it is a reminder that God is forever doing something new in our lives.
For some, the past year has been filled with joy, growth, and unexpected blessings.
For others, it has held challenges, grief, or unanswered questions.
Most of us carry some mixture of both.
Wherever you find yourself today, know this:
God walks with you into the new year.
You do not enter it alone. The same God who guided you through every moment of the year behind you will guide you through the year ahead—one step at a time, one day at a time, with a love that does not change.
As your pastor, it is my joy to offer this blessing for the new year:
A New Year’s Blessing
May the God of new beginnings bless you with a heart that is open to His grace.
May He lead you gently through any darkness and fill your days with His peace.
May He strengthen you in moments of challenge and rejoice with you in moments of joy.
May He heal what is wounded, restore what is lost, and renew what has grown weary.
May His light go before you, His love surround you, and His presence dwell deeply within you.
And may this new year draw you ever closer to the heart of Christ, who makes all things new.
Know of my prayers for you and your family as we welcome this new chapter. May the coming year be filled with God’s abundant blessings, and may His grace sustain you through every step of the journey.
Happy New Year,
Fr. Andy
